These are your tasks
- Collect and evaluate measurement data
- Develop the basics for billing
- Create invoices for decentralized energy systems on time
- Support the further development of the billing tool
- Take on general financial tasks such as budgeting, medium-term planning, and reporting
- Be responsible for contract management
- Ensure support with administrative tasks
- Process funding applications from the Eco Fund for renewable energies
This is what sets you apart
- Completed training in business administration (HF/FH)
- Willingness to be flexible in time during four annual peak work periods
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP operation
- High quality standards and enjoyment of technical contexts
- Knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage
- Systematic and focused working style as well as a high sense of duty
- Quick comprehension, structured and networked thinking
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
