Senior Data Engineer - Azure, AWS, Databricks

For our Data Analytics & AI business line, we are looking for a motivated Data Engineer to design and implement complex distributed environments that process and integrate large volumes of data. You’ll work with big data technologies (Apache Spark, MPP, relational databases), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and DevOps practices to deliver modern, agile data integration platforms.

In this role

• Design and build data platforms from the ground up, collaborating with business and software teams
• Contribute across the full project lifecycle: conception, requirements, architecture, implementation, delivery
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
• Work with analysts and data scientists to implement use cases
• Support pre-sales activities: tender responses, proof-of-concepts, and cloud/on-premise platform design
• Participate in thought leadership to advance our Data & AI practice

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in data platform design and implementation
• Strong expertise in SQL, data engineering, and distributed systems
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Snowflake or Databricks; certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of data federation, data mesh, data products, and machine learning/AI is a plus
• Familiarity with Terraform, real-time vs micro-batch processing
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
