Your responsibilities

Establish relationships with customers, be able to respond to their needs during the sales interview
Analyze customers' needs and offer suitable solutions
Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
Manage and handle repairs, returns, complaints
Be able to identify developments and new trends in retail and apply them daily
Be able to manage merchandise management processes provided by IT systems
Communicate through various channels
Work within different teams

Your profile

You are able to interact easily with people, even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people with positive and winning manners
You will be able to convey your innate sense of trends
You have completed your secondary school with good grades
You can communicate in a foreign language
You are willing to work Saturdays and evenings
