We are looking for a
Senior Controller (80-100%) - 1431
Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you play a central part in the financial management of Swissgrid and take on the following tasks, among others:
- Responsibility for the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and medium-term planning at the overall company level as well as the creation of presentations and proposals for the Executive Board and Board of Directors
- Analysis, documentation, and implementation of changes in legal and regulatory requirements in financial planning and reporting
- Preparation of tariff calculations and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the quality of financial statements: participation, coordination, and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Closing tasks, reporting, and commentary on net revenues and procurement expenses
- Conducting thorough financial analyses and preparing proposals, reports, and decision-making bases tailored to the audience
- Transparent management of cost and value flows as well as preparation of the annual cost accounting
- Derivation, implementation, and monitoring of measures to manage corporate finances
- Sparring partner for executives in all financial matters
- Initiator for the further development of reporting and controlling processes, including digitization and automation

For this versatile position, we are looking for you as a team player with a reliable, flexible, and efficient working style as well as high resilience. In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed university degree (Master in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or financial management in a regulated environment in the energy sector
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking ability
- Proactive and implementation-strong in further developments
- Affinity for digitization, process optimization, and modern reporting tools
- High consulting competence and the ability to act as a sparring partner on equal footing with executives
- Very good German language skills
