The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. We are looking for an interested and motivated individual immediately or by arrangement who wants to get to know the world of personnel in healthcare and actively support the HR managers and the HR director.

Your Tasks

Support of HR managers in various processes (e.g., recruitment, absences, disciplinary cases)

Collaboration in projects, workshops, and implementation of concepts

Support in creating presentations, taking minutes

Insight into personnel work along the HR Life Cycle and collaboration as needed

Your Profile

Student in Business Administration, Work Psychology, or comparable field

Interest in Human Resources and ideally first practical experience (e.g., through internships or working student activities)

Enjoy applying your knowledge in practice and learning new things

Strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative

Good IT user skills (MS Office etc.), HR software is an advantage

Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to take responsibility
