Your Tasks
- Independent management and control of projects in quality and process management in cooperation with hospital management
- Further development of the quality management system in the hospital
- Preparation and support of audits, certifications, and quality inspections
- Analysis and optimization of clinical and administrative processes
- Creation and evaluation of quality indicators, reports, and statistics
- Advising managers and employees on QM topics
- Implementation of measures to improve patient safety and quality
Your Profile
- Completed studies in health management, quality management, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in quality management, project management, or process management, ideally in a hospital
- Knowledge of quality management systems in healthcare
- Experience in project control and process optimization
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
