The new building of the Geeren Retirement Center is completed and all 7 residential groups in the Feld house and the Dorf house have been moved into. Idyllically located in the green and embedded in the center of Seuzach, it offers a family-like home for up to 174 residents. Transitional care, nursing residential groups, specialized dementia care, and outpatient day care are the daily core business of nursing. With our in-house doctors, over 300 employees, and around 30 trainees and students in various professions, we are a modern, dynamic operation for the benefit of the residents.
To support our teams, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / Certified Nursing Specialist HF with Kinesthetic Responsibility
Workload 60 – 100% (start date by arrangement)
Your field of activity with the new employer
- You care for and look after the residents and respond to their needs
- You take on kinesthetic responsibility and ensure the professional application of kinesthetics and clever transfer
- You accompany and support employees in kinesthetic learning processes
- The use of various software such as electronic documentation is no problem for you
- You ensure contact with external agencies and internal departments
- Motivation and ability to commit to a progressive and innovative understanding of care
A plus for the new employer
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or an equivalent SRK recognition, as well as training as a Kinesthetic Trainer Level 1 or 2 or specialist for applied kinesthetics
- You enjoy working in a team and have joy in dealing with the residents
- Responsible for the nursing process for person-centered care and support of our residents
- Participation in projects and specialist groups of the Geeren Retirement Center
- You quickly grasp changing complex situations and act actively and confidently
- Interprofessional collaboration, especially with therapy staff and the medical service
