Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH Night Shift

• You accompany and monitor patients during the night and take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and counseling of our patients, e.g. regarding sleep-promoting measures.
• You successfully master complex situations in a two-person team.
• You carry out patient admissions during the night with the medical specialist and correctly document relevant events and your services.
• You are responsible for the maintenance of the ward at night.
• If necessary, you take on shifts during the day.

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You have professional experience in psychiatry or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
• You enjoy working in a two-person team at night and remain calm even in complex situations.
• You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can collaborate well in interdisciplinary teams.
• Good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks. In addition, you have very good German skills (at least C1).
