Your Tasks
- Holistic care of patients and their relatives as well as the implementation of the nursing process together with the multiprofessional team
- Maintaining an overview in demanding, complex care situations and responding individually to different situations
- Active participation in interprofessional collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other services
- Support and guidance of nursing trainees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with professional experience
- Ideally, you have additional training in Palliative Care (Level B1) or are willing to complete such training
- High resilience
- Situation-appropriate, differentiated, and understandable communication skills
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration is as important to you as it is to us
