About the job

YOUR MISSION
Turn technical challenges into efficient industrial solutions.
Program, set up and optimise multi-axis CNC turning machines (Tornos, Citizen,
Star, Miyano or equivalents).
Develop machining strategies suited to the manufacture of complex, high value-added components.
Actively participate in the industrialisation of new products, from prototype to series production.
Define manufacturing processes, tooling and machining parameters.
Optimise cycle times, productivity, quality and tool life.
Analyse and resolve technical issues in collaboration with production and methods teams.
Contribute to skills development and continuous improvement of our industrial processes.

YOUR EXPERTISE
Technical mastery, autonomy and passion for quality work.
Federal VET Diploma as a multi-skilled machinist, screw machinist or equivalent technical training.
Proven experience in programming and setting up CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and manufacturing of complex parts.
Knowledge of CAM (Esprit, Mastercam or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve technical problems.
Analytical mind, rigour, sense of responsibility and results orientation.
Ability to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to collective performance.
