Head of Marketing & Communications (100%)

Are you a leadership personality who likes to take responsibility? Are you passionate about marketing and communications and have a feel for trends? Then we have the right position for you!

You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a team of 3 employees. Together with your team, you will develop and implement creative marketing and communication measures for the Swiss market. You will manage our social media channels, create high-quality content for the customer magazine "ENERGY TODAY", analyze relevant KPIs, support controlling, and be responsible for the marketing and PR budget of STIEBEL ELTRON Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional and personnel leadership of a team of 3 employees
• Further development of the marketing and communication strategy for the Swiss market in coordination with our parent company
• Development, planning, and implementation of marketing and communication measures in Switzerland
• Leading the team in implementing target group-oriented image and product campaigns with active lead generation, events, and other sales-promoting measures
• Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of cross-media usable content, the customer magazine ENERGY TODAY, and the sustainability report
• Conceptualization and maintenance of external and internal communication tools as well as responsibility for the social media channels
• Press responsibility/media spokesperson: Maintaining press contacts, designing and creating press articles and media releases, independently handling press inquiries, media events
• Maintenance of the necessary controlling instruments for determining important KPIs
• Responsibility for the marketing and PR budget of STIEBEL ELTRON Switzerland

What you bring with you

• A degree (FH/University) in marketing, communication/PR, business administration, or similar
• Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing campaigns across various channels and media
• Strong know-how in digital marketing and a good sense for trends
• Ideally some leadership experience
• Confident handling of MS Office, CMS systems, and Adobe CS6
• Basic technical understanding
• Flexibility, resilience, and independence
• Foreign language skills in French or Italian are an advantage
