What makes your work particularly attractive
In close cooperation with the responsible contact persons, you are jointly responsible for the addiction medicine and psychiatric-psychological treatment of the patients at biwak. This includes, among other things, the care and support of people with substance dependencies in collaboration with an interprofessional team consisting of nursing professionals, doctors, social workers, and administrative staff. In addition, you determine the indication for admission to opioid-agonist treatments, conduct psychiatric and psychotherapeutic interviews, and write patient-related reports and certificates. There is the possibility to supplement the part-time position with another position at the Burgdorf outpatient clinic of the South Slope Clinic. There we support people with all non-opioid agonist, substance-related addiction disorders.
What distinguishes you
You have a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy as well as practical experience in a psychiatric clinic. We place special emphasis on good communication skills and willingness to work in an interprofessional team. Your experience in the legal and illegal addiction field as well as interest and enjoyment in contact with people with severe addiction disorders are very helpful and desired. Ideally, you bring leadership experience.

You can expect a challenging and exciting position with scope for design in an experienced team. Participation in conceptual issues is desired. The working time is 42 hours per week at a 100% workload, and the medical on-call service is provided in a duty system.
