Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.
To support the Tax Collection department, we are looking for several commercial employees in the front office, debt collection, and data management.
The position ideally starts on March 1, 2026. The assignments are limited until December 31, 2028.
Your tasks
- Independent case reviews from written and telephone inquiries
- Clearing of pending lists
- Handling various administrative tasks
- Supporting employees in daily business
- Performing control tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Knowledge in the field of taxes or debt collection
- Perseverance and high commitment
- Quick comprehension and independent working style
- Good communication skills and confident German
