Speech Therapist (50-100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for will mainly be responsible for the assessment and management of swallowing disorders in geriatric patients. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and able to establish effective and constructive relationships with internal and external clients. They have good listening skills and carefully evaluate each situation before acting.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
Necessary requirements:
- University or para-university diploma in speech therapy (in case of a foreign degree, recognition by the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Directors of Public Education is essential);
- Previous work experience, especially in the geriatric field, is a preferred qualification;
- Good knowledge of aging-related particularities and interdisciplinary work;
- Native Italian speaker with good knowledge of German.
Start date:
Duration of employment: permanent.
