Head of Event and Themed Cruises (a)

• You are part of the management team of the GaVi department and, in your role, a member of the management team of Tavolago AG
• You are responsible for the operational and personnel management of the service organization on the SGV ships
• You plan, develop, and conduct all events and themed cruises
• You share responsibility for budget compliance in the areas of personnel, operating, and goods costs
• You lead our Chefs de Service and are responsible for their onboarding, training, and development
• You regularly attend management meetings, leadership meetings, and conduct briefings
• You actively support our employees on the ships (service/Chef de Service), especially on high-traffic days

• You have several years of experience in gastronomy
• You have completed hotel management school / G2/3 or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of leadership experience
• You are well versed in event management and have experience working with interfaces
• You speak fluent German (spoken & written); any additional language is an advantage
• You enjoy a varied workday with mainly administrative but also operational tasks
• You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays, as well as take on operational duties in the evenings
