For a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated After Sales Administrator for a position based in Satigny (Geneva), for the period from June to December (dates to be confirmed).
Main tasks:
- Administrative management of all activities related to the smooth operation of the department, in close collaboration with the Engineering and Technical Support teams in Geneva as well as in our branches.
- Preparation of after-sales service (SAV) offers and communication with customers.
- Follow-up of repairs in coordination with technicians, logistics, and shipping to ensure deadlines are met.
- Administrative support to our branches and Service Centers abroad.
- Coordination with the Shipping department in Geneva for sending devices and spare parts under warranty or maintenance contracts intended for our customers, branches, and international Service Centers.
- Successfully completed commercial training (CFC Commercial Employee or equivalent).
- Additional training desirable with a Federal Diploma in Export, Shipping, or any other higher education in international business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of common IT tools.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
- Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written).
- German: an asset.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
