Your scope of action:
- Independent performance of support tasks in activities and daily routines of the residents
- Design of daily activities in the department
- Design and participation in social interaction
- Everyday or process support according to the concept
- Support in leisure activities, during the residential group's holidays, at events and appointments
- Support with personal care
- Contacts with relatives as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with external professionals
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training FaBe, FaGe EFZ or nursing professionals HF
- Experience in dealing with impaired persons
- Empathy, teamwork, good communication skills, and a high service orientation
- Responsible
- High diversity in pedagogical activity
- Solution-oriented, open and positive mindset
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT user skills
