We are looking for a committed agency manager to lead our agencies in the regions of Zug, Schwyz, Altdorf, and Hochdorf and to continue successfully positioning our brand in the market. Ideally, you are rooted and well connected in these regions. • You are a leader with a strong results orientation and lots of energy
• You know how to motivate your employees to achieve top performance with your passion for the profession and your professional skills
• You are responsible for expanding your private and corporate customer base
• You represent Vaudoise as a brand ambassador in the commercial, social, or sports sector
• Thanks to your successful acquisition of new customers, you contribute to the growth of Vaudoise in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• You have your residence and good economic ties in the sales area
• You have experience in the field service of a general insurer
• You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in insurance or as a financial planner (advantageous)
• You have a functioning network and enjoy expanding it
• You possess a strong performance orientation, characterized by pronounced self-motivation and a high willingness to commit
