What you can achieve
- Independent processing of internal and external invoicing as well as creation and control of patient invoices
- Administrative support of the Clinical Research Oncology team in daily business
- Handling correspondence with patients, external service providers, and internal departments
- Maintenance and updating of patient data and billing information in the respective systems
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a medical secretary / hospital secretary or comparable commercial training in healthcare
- Experience in medical administration or billing, ideally in a hospital environment
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a high service orientation
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as enjoyment in contact with patients
- Very good German skills, as well as good French skills required, good English skills are an advantage
