Your responsibilities:
- You independently handle tasks in personnel administration
- You prepare employment contracts and work or interim certificates
- You are the contact person for employees for all HR topics
- You process and check time and absence management
- You are the contact person for our customers and suppliers at the front desk
- Optional:
- training as an accounting clerk
- further education as an HR specialist
- professional experience in personnel administration
- good MS Office skills and ideally ERP knowledge
- an independent and precise way of working, as well as a discreet personality
