We are looking for a/n for our specialist team:
Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of our residents within your area of competence
- Ensuring a professional care process in collaboration with the team
- Planning, accompanying, and assessing trainees in health EFZ
- Conducting educational and location discussions according to the education regulation
- Promoting a learning-friendly environment and imparting expertise in daily nursing
- Contributing to the further development of training practice and quality assurance
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Trainer course (according to SVEB or equivalent) or the desire to further educate oneself
- Professional experience in long-term care
- Enjoyment in accompanying and promoting young people
- Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
