About the job
Your Tasks
Caring for people with dementia is a rewarding task for you. You approach people with dementia with empathy and professionalism and see their care as a valuable challenge. During the night, you ensure a high standard of care and nursing quality for our residents together with other team members. Your main tasks include monitoring and carrying out night care processes, administering prescribed medications, as well as other medical and administrative duties.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- High resilience
- Understanding and empathy for people with dementia
- Independent and conscientious working style
