Gardener - Foreman - Horticulture

• Independent leadership of a construction team with 2–3 employees
• Organization and coordination of construction sites in cooperation with the construction manager
• Efficient deployment planning of personnel, machines, and materials
• Forward-looking material disposition
• Professional leadership, motivation, and support of employees
• Ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Responsibility for deadlines, order, and cleanliness on the construction site
• Daily creation of digital work reports

• Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in garden and landscape construction
• Experience as foreman or site supervisor is an advantage
• Driver's license category B mandatory
• Organizationally strong, independent, and resilient personality
