Various activities are bundled in our corporate division «Corporate Functions». In addition to our finance and IT services, this area also includes global marketing and sales management as well as human resources. • You produce short videos and lifestyle photographs for social media, campaigns, and digital touchpoints (including stop-motion, lifestyle, and product shots) as well as for internal communication on-site and at external locations
• You create video and image content around our Chief Innovation Officer, who presents his craftsmanship and expertise in chocolate
• You efficiently manage schedules, budgets, and the timely delivery of assets
• You take over post-production including retouching and editing of content to ensure its suitability for various channels and visually adapt it to the aesthetics of our brand
• You brief and coordinate external agencies for larger video or photography projects and support the preparation of photoshoots for campaigns or similar projects
• You work closely with various colleagues from marketing, especially with the social media manager and our Chief Innovation Officer
• You are willing to travel – within Switzerland or internationally
• Ideally, you have experience with livestream sessions (e.g., product demos, behind-the-scenes insights, or Q&A) for social media
• You are familiar with social media video formats, sound design, and platform trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• You have proven experience in photography and videography, ideally in the areas of food, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods, preferably with experience in food photography or video production – even better if it is chocolate, and you include your portfolio
• You master the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects is an advantage) and ideally also work with Final Cut, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• You are passionate about social media storytelling and digital marketing
• You have experience working with creative agencies or freelancers
• You work organized, independently, and with great attention to detail
• You have very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
