The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our inaugural ATS product launch. This is a critical role for Bloomie, as you will be instrumental in shaping our market presence, generating excitement, and driving early adoption of our cutting-edge solution.

Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Bloomie's ATS, encompassing market sizing, competitive analysis, target audience identification, positioning, messaging, and launch plan.
- Product Launch Leadership: Own the end-to-end marketing efforts for the ATS product launch, including defining launch objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and timelines.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content syndication, display advertising) to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Sales Enablement: Develop tools and resources that empower the sales team to effectively communicate Bloomie's value and close deals, including sales decks, battlecards, and training materials.
- Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product vision, messaging, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategy and product launches.
- Proven track record of successfully launching SaaS products.
- Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Tech is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
