Your Tasks
- Module responsibility and teaching at the Bachelor level of the advanced modules Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence and Digital Business Process Engineering (in English) and Production Medical Technology (in German)
- Acquisition and supervision of project, bachelor and master theses in the field of Operations Management
- Study advising and coaching of students in the BSc Industrial Engineering & Innovation program
Your Profile
- Master's degree in engineering sciences, production sciences, or natural sciences
- Additional training in economics (MBA or equivalent) or doctorate (PhD) desired but not mandatory
- We expect you to bring your own ideas and concepts, further develop our teaching offerings, and position yourself nationally and internationally in research and teaching in your field
- Several years of professional experience in Industrial Operations Management, Digital Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Digital Transformation
- Experience in project management of interdisciplinary teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
- Experience in teaching is not mandatory but advantageous
- Excellent English skills
- Proven team player
