Tasks
- Welcome and assist guests, providing local recommendations and support.
- Manage guest luggage and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate guest transfers and handle internal and external reservations.
Skills
- Completed hotel training and experience in a similar role required.
- Fluent in German and strong English skills; other languages a plus.
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

You ensure that our guests are well cared for from the first encounter until departure and enjoy the diversity of our house.
- Guest Care – Greeting and farewell of guests as well as giving recommendations for excursions and the region
- Organization – Scheduling, responsibility and care of guest luggage upon arrival and departure
- Mail Management – Responsibility and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail in the concierge area
- Coordination – Organization of guest transfers and errands
- Cash Management – Managing the concierge cash register
- Telephone Switchboard – Operating the telephone switchboard in the mornings and evenings
- Reservations – Internal and external bookings for guests (tables, flights, train, tennis, etc.)
- Security Check – Checking and acknowledging alarm triggers (fire alarm and burglary)
You bring passion for excellent service and a sense for the needs of demanding guests.
- Education – Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry
- Experience – Professional experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality is required
- General Knowledge – Very good general knowledge
- Affinity – Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and joy in dealing with international clientele
- Teamwork – Flexibility and willingness to work, including weekends and holidays
- Appearance – Competent, confident and friendly demeanor
- Communication Skills – Courteous, articulate and communicative in dealing with our demanding guests
- Language Skills – Fluent German and very good English skills mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
- IT Skills – Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
