Lecturer 50% <br> Subject Didactics Secondary Level II / Vocational Education

The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school, and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Secondary Level II / Vocational Education department trains teachers for vocational schools, inter-company courses, and higher vocational schools. It currently offers nine degree programs, five for full-time teaching at a vocational school and four for part-time training activities.

• Designing, planning, conducting, and evaluating courses in the training of prospective vocational school teachers
• Organizing and conducting events in the continuing education of vocational school teachers and practical instructors
• Supporting and advising students during internships or in the professional field
• Conducting and assessing performance records and examinations
• Collaborating in service projects as well as research and development projects

• Completed university degree (Master) in economics, law, or business education
• Teaching diploma for Secondary Level II in an economics-related subject
• Several years of teaching experience at Secondary Level II
• Experience in the training and/or continuing education of vocational school teachers
• Interest in development and research tasks as well as in conducting continuing education offerings in the field of vocational education
• Experience in project management
• Convincing presentation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High commitment and resilience
