What you can achieve
- Planning and coordination of appointments for outpatient and inpatient cardiology patients
- Summoning patients for scheduled appointments (in writing and by phone)
- First point of contact for our patients, doctors, and external referrers
- Handling administrative processes with internal and external offices (e.g., processing referral documents, creating and forwarding necessary documents, handling phone and email inquiries)
- Service recording according to TARMED
- Assistance at the reception
What you bring
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field or equivalent education
- At least three years of professional experience
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1–C2), good French and English skills desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Open and empathetic personality with strong teamwork skills and service orientation
