For the co-principalship of the Dorf school unit with three kindergartens, thirteen primary classes, around 300 students, and about 30 teachers, we are looking for a

Your tasks
- Personnel, pedagogical, and administrative leadership of the Dorf school unit within the framework of co-principalship
- Participation in various school committees of the community
- Quality assurance and school development, active participation in projects
- Regular exchange with the parent council, the school board, and the school leadership team
Your profile
- Completed training as a principal, pedagogical basic training, and several years of teaching experience are desired
- Leadership skills and experience as well as organizational talent
- Committed and responsible personality
- High social and presentation skills as well as strong communication skills
- Goal orientation, empathy and assertiveness, as well as resilience
- Solution- and process-oriented action, flexibility
- Enjoyment of and experience in school and organizational development
