Project Manager Planning

Do you want to not only accompany projects but actively shape them? If you are enthusiastic about the technical as well as planning development of new construction and renovation projects and enjoy taking responsibility, then you will find the ideal place with us to contribute your skills and develop both professionally and personally.
Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations
- Client consulting, negotiations with customers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Construction management including schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draftsman or draftsman EFZ (architecture), preferably with additional practical training in structural work (mason, carpenter, etc.)
- Further training as a construction manager or technician in structural engineering HF
- ABACUS knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- A cooperative and communicative demeanor towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- Fingertip feeling in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction
