Our finance department is responsible for the reliable handling of accounts payable processes and ensures that invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on time.

Accounts Payable Clerk 70–100% (m/f) - limited for 6 months

Your tasks

• You manage the accounts payable from checking and posting incoming invoices to executing payment runs
• You ensure that invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on time
• You clarify discrepancies and inquiries regarding invoices and handle incoming reminders
• You monitor open approvals and coordinate with internal departments
• You support the further development and stabilization of processes in accounts payable

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial experience in accounts payable
• You are familiar with MS Office applications
• You confidently apply your very good German skills as well as good English skills
• You work reliably, structured, and keep an overview even with recurring tasks
• You are a team player, communicative, and convince with a careful working style
