We are looking for for the Hospital of Morges, Aubonne, and Gilly a:
Nursing Assistant / Acute Care Health Aide (F/M) at 80-100%
You will be required to work in different acute care services, for example in Medicine, Surgery, CTR, etc., as well as in the hospitals of Morges, Aubonne, and Gilly.
Start date to be agreed upon.
WE OFFER YOU
- Schedules are provided 1 month in advance and we guarantee you will work at the chosen rate between 80 and 100%.
- The opportunity to work in tandem with Nurses and ASSC/nursing assistants.
- A parking space available for rent at the different sites.
- 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. Possibility to buy back an additional week of vacation, as well as 10 public holidays offered.

YOU POSSESS
- A diploma as a health aide or nursing assistant, recognized by CRS.
- Experience gained in an acute care service, required.
- A great adaptability to the demands of the different services in which you are delegated.
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
- A sense of listening and excellent relational skills.
- Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Flexibility and availability to work days and nights as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patient entrusted to you by taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your area of competence and under nursing delegation.
- Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patient and help them organize daily activities.
- Be responsible for the direct environment of the patient in terms of hygiene and safety.
- Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
