Your field of activity

• You enjoy dealing with patients and leave a positive and lasting impression of our outpatient clinic with your open, attentive, and service-oriented manner
• Together with your team colleagues, you take on the diverse administrative tasks in the secretariat
• Your varied range of tasks includes receiving our patients as well as coordinating and planning appointments. In doing so, you ensure the smooth running of medical consultations and the outpatient clinic
• You are a competent contact person for internal and external offices as well as for patients and referrers

Your experience

• You have completed medical or commercial basic training and have completed further training as a medical secretary
• Ideally, you bring experience in healthcare as well as knowledge of medical terminology. In addition, your English skills are highly appreciated by our patients
• You work independently and at the same time appreciate collaboration in a large team
• You have very good PC skills (MS Office) and are willing to work with a digital clinical information system (EPIC)
