Assistant Housekeeper Residences (m/f/d) / from the end of November 2025
Gstaad, 100%, permanent position, start by arrangement
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Responsible for smooth operations in your area of expertise and adherence to the highest quality standards
- Responsible for smooth operations in the residences and hotel floors
- Ensure a high housekeeping standard and first-class guest service
- Organize and supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff performance
- Train, coach, and support new employees
- Proper use and control of cleaning agents and equipment
- Create and monitor duty and task schedules
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies (including uniforms, time tracking, SOPs)
- Regular inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house zones
- Handle and resolve guest complaints in the housekeeping area
- Coordinate maintenance work with the technical service
- Manage inventory, orders, and stocktaking
- Responsible for lost & found and guest files
- Contribute to the creation and updating of the "HSK & Lingerie Bible"
- Role model for the team and support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in employee evaluations
- First aid training and knowledge of evacuation procedures
Your Profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
- Completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification in housekeeping
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Organized and economical working style
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
- Very good English skills as the corporate language
- Additional German and/or French skills are highly desirable; any other language is a clear advantage
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment
