We are looking for a calculator (m/f/d) in Bregenz or Lindau for the independent calculation of large projects starting immediately.

Your Tasks

Independent calculation of turnkey projects - based on specifications as well as functional performance descriptions
Ongoing optimization of processes and cost structures
Creation and review of specifications
Requesting and evaluating subcontractor offers
Preparation of quantity surveys, work, and follow-up calculations
Collection and documentation of price data and services
Identifying savings potential for the operational unit as well as assessing and evaluating local conditions

Your Profile

Completed technical degree or construction-related training in the field of civil engineering
Several years of professional experience in general contractor calculation and/or general contractor construction management
Accurate, independent, and responsible working style
Knowledge of the calculation software iTWO is an advantage
Sense of entrepreneurial thinking and action
Team spirit, willingness to perform, and assertiveness
