Formulation of ambitious yet realistic order intake targets
Leadership and coordination of customer service and order processing
Creation and maintenance of the service portfolio for customers and business partners
Promotion of the customer service business through proactive customer care
Quotation processing for service contracts or repair requests
Periodic reporting on market development and budget progress
Ensuring high service, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Initiation and implementation of process optimizations as well as support of employees in bottlenecks and various administrative tasks
Measures for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
Ensuring first-level support and coordination of second-level support
Participation in various projects, shaping cross-departmental collaboration and training
Travel activity of certainly 20%
Professionally, you need for optimal fulfillment of the tasks:
You have a completed engineering degree in the mechanical industry or another technical field
You need several years of practical experience in international technical customer service (preferably food industry), preferably with experience in leading a service organization
Strong customer and service orientation
Fluent in German and English, any additional language is an advantage
You are a professional and socially competent contact person
A resilient personality with a solution-oriented mindset
To qualify optimally, you have the foresight for continuous development of the company
