• You assist the store manager in the daily management and organization of the branch
• You provide competent and customer-oriented advice and help choose gifts from our wide range of products
• You ensure an attractive presentation of our extensive range of confectionery and chocolates, especially through creative store decoration
• You guarantee impeccable quality and strictly apply our high standards
• You are an important contact person for the team as well as for customers
• You contribute to optimizing work processes and ensure that the store operates efficiently and profitably

• You have proven management experience in the chocolate or premium food sector (as a store manager or senior assistant)
  This is a field position, in direct contact with customers and sales teams – it is not an administrative role
• You like to take a practical ("hands-on") approach and have an affinity for technology
• You are motivated by process optimization and have an entrepreneurial spirit
• You demonstrate exceptional awareness of quality and hygiene
• You speak English fluently or at a professional level; knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome
• You are flexible with working hours and fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
• You are ready to work variable hours, Monday to Sunday, between 5:45 a.m. and 8:45 p.m.
• You show versatility, rigor, as well as good organizational and communication skills
