We’re looking for a dynamic and well-organized Learning & Development Specialist, skilled at managing multiple training projects simultaneously, to elevate the Angst+Pfister Academy and energize our learners with top-notch training. YOUR MISSION

• You collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging eLearning modules for our A+P Academy.


• You create captivating multimedia content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations with the goal of transforming our training courses into interactive, modern learning experiences. 


• You will evaluate our training courses and drive the continuous improvement of our learning KPIs.


• You coordinate both physical and virtual classroom training.


• You lead the onboarding process for new employees and organize the Group Welcome Day, overseeing its preparation, execution, and evaluation.


• You manage the entire user base of our Learning Management System (LMS).

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed vocational training, ideally with additional relevant qualifications or you hold a university degree with a strong connection to Education, Business Administration, Project Management, HR or a related discipline.


• You have 3+ years’ professional experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, Content Creation or related fields, ideally in an industrial environment.


• You are proficient in creating training content and (internal) communication with various target groups.


• Prior experience in common video and image editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.


• You combine an affinity for technology with project management skills, as well as a flair for design and digital didactics.


• You are a team player who works reliably, creatively and in a structured, solution-oriented way.


• You are fluent in English and ideally German.
