Subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management division of the Crédit Agricole Group and Capgemini, Azqore is an international company specialized in outsourcing Information Systems and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players.

We provide our clients with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a complete range of digital banking services and products. We also handle the Back Office operations of our clients from our hubs in Switzerland, Singapore, and Portugal. In 2020, Azqore managed 200 billion (euros) in assets represented by about thirty banks.

Our legal department is recruiting to support Azqore's development.

At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a 100% Legal Counsel with experience in information systems, ideally accompanied by knowledge in banking outsourcing for a fixed term of 6 to 9 months.

The position is to be filled at our offices in Lausanne, Switzerland to strengthen our team during a maternity leave.

👨🔧 Your responsibilities

• Ensure the company's legal compliance,
• Negotiate, draft and review contractual documentation, mainly outsourcing contracts for Azqore's IT platform and back-office securities and cash services, with Azqore's prospects/clients in Switzerland and abroad,
• Negotiate and review contractual documentation, mainly IT contracts and license agreements, with Azqore's suppliers,
• Provide legal assistance and advice to the various business lines of Azqore and the Indosuez Group, mainly Purchasing, Sales, Compliance, Risk, IT, Back-Office, DPO as well as Management,

Carry out the usual legal activities related to the life of a public limited company,

• Participate in important projects for Azqore and the Indosuez Group requiring legal support,
• Interact with other lawyers of the Indosuez Group in Switzerland and abroad on specific projects,
• Manage client and supplier disputes and litigation,
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
