Then you are the new court clerk of the I. Civil Chamber of the High Court.
The I. Civil Chamber handles appeals in family law (marriage law, personal and family status matters, child concerns) and labor law proceedings, complaints against enforcement decisions, as well as appeals in other civil proceedings of the district courts.

Court Clerk (100%)
Tasks
You are responsible for the independent handling of appeal and cassation proceedings. You have complete knowledge of the files, analyze the legal questions that arise, prepare draft decisions for the judges involved in the decisions (proposal), perform the final editing, and have the opportunity to conduct settlement negotiations independently. Furthermore, you will be deployed as a minute taker in hearings (cassation hearings, settlement negotiations, child hearings, etc.).
Profile
- Completed law degree.
- Bar admission is an advantage.
- Professional experience in the judiciary or legal practice.
- Excellent references regarding your legal knowledge – preferably in family law – and language skills.
- You work independently and precisely, are efficient, and remain calm despite a backlog of cases.
