International Sales & Acquisition Manager (a) Location Wangen an der Aare The simatec ag, founded in 1983, is a globally operating Swiss company specializing in maintenance technology and lubricant dispensers. With 60 employees at the location in Wangen an der Aare, simatec achieves over 95% of its business volume internationally. The company develops innovative solutions that automate and make maintenance processes more efficient in a variety of industries, significantly extending the service life of machines. As part of an exclusive mandate, we are looking for an International Sales & Acquisition Manager for this newly created position. Application In this position, you actively contribute your strengths and make a decisive contribution to the international growth of simatec ag. Your overarching goal is to expand direct sales internationally and to acquire, advise, and support OEMs or other major customers to ensure sustainable growth. Your challenge * Research & Structure (10-15%) * You gain an overview of the existing "leads" of simatec ag * Where are there already (partial) relationships? * Where are which contacts to which companies? * What is the data basis? * Which potentials are tapped? Which are not? * You consider which needs of potential or existing customers are not yet covered and what these might look like exactly * You structure these leads and develop an acquisition or project plan * You gain an overview of the existing "leads" of simatec ag * Acquisition & Consulting (70-80%) * You actively approach the processed contacts on the "channels" of your choice * You focus on internationally active major customers – primarily OEMs or other "big players" * You develop customer-specific application proposals and help shape new product ideas * You demonstrate your persistence and drive and are not deterred by an initial "no" * You represent simatec ag at international trade fairs and establish new contacts there * Coordination & Implementation (10-15%) * Participation in the annual departmental planning, especially with regard to budget, sales, and marketing strategies * Responsibility for the implementation of the defined sales and marketing plans Your qualities and talents * Education in mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, or a related technical discipline * Further training in sales, business administration, or management is an advantage * At least five years of experience in sales / key account management * At least two years of experience in an international environment * Willingness to travel internationally (20-25%) * You are an authentic personality with drive and determination * You bring your proactive nature and enjoy working in a team * English (business fluent), German (very good), and other language skills are an advantage Would you like to contribute and further develop your sales expertise in an innovative company?
