Your Tasks

• You take product responsibility for our mortgage solutions and design a market-oriented, competitive product range – from product strategy and development to pricing and strategic performance monitoring
• You are responsible for the end-to-end mortgage process, actively drive process optimizations, and lead projects from requirements gathering through analysis to implementation including training concepts
• You are responsible for all relevant directives and regulations in the mortgage business and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., FINMA, Basel III)
• You establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard, analyze process and product metrics, and derive targeted improvement measures
• You lead the financing expert committee, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear, transparent communication during process and product adjustments

What You Bring

• Several years of professional experience in product, process, or project management
• Solid business administration (FH, university) and/or technical education/training (e.g., business informatics)
• Extensive know-how and proven experience in the mortgage sector including a good understanding of the credit market
• IT affinity and interest in digitalization and process optimization
• Structured working style and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Positive personality who keeps an overview even in hectic times
