Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you and your colleagues are responsible for the complete personnel administration of Concara Services AG, Spitex Bern AG, as well as the operations of Domicil Bern AG (Flex-Pool, Pharmacy, MedCara). You share the area of responsibility and represent each other. In addition to personnel entries and exits as well as changes, you are responsible in the time recording system for processing sickness and accident absences and the monthly closings. You manage training requests and create, publish, and maintain job advertisements in the applicant management tool. Handling unsolicited applications, personnel placement files, and general inquiries by email or phone are also part of your daily routine.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education or equivalent qualification
- Further training as HR assistant or personnel administration clerk
- Experience in a comparable function
- Strong organizational skills
- Confidential handling of sensitive information and data
- Teamwork skills as well as constructive behavior in interdisciplinary teams
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience with Abacus and Umantis would be desirable
- You move confidently in dynamic, rapidly changing environments and also find your way in complex, sometimes unclear structures
- Your ability to think in different system worlds allows you to quickly recognize connections and act in a solution-oriented manner
