Tasks
- Responsible for the proper supervision and execution of service and maintenance work on all building technical systems (HVAC)
- Responsible for creating maintenance concepts in the field of building technology (HVAC)
- Organization of repair, maintenance, and renovation work and preparation of the necessary applications to the responsible authority
- Coordination and control of work reports, delivery notes, and invoices related to the work area
- Care and maintenance of work equipment, tools, and materials used in the responsible area
- Participation in the commissioning of building technical systems
- Ensuring complete, gapless documentation in the CAFM regarding master data maintenance, maintenance planning and execution, notification, and order processing
- Project execution or support during conversions; participation in acceptance of new systems as well as taking over special tasks and special assignments
- Periodic on-call duty outside regular working hours
Profile
- Completed training as HVAC installer EFZ, system technician or comparable
- Several years of experience and knowledge in maintenance and commissioning of building technical systems as well as broad manual skills
- Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented appearance as well as solution- and team-oriented thinking and acting
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Organizational and coordination skills as well as assertiveness and decisiveness
- High resilience, quality and sense of responsibility, independent and reliable work, team player
- High IT affinity and very good PC user skills (MS Office) required as well as knowledge of the building management system Siemens Desigo CC and CAFM knowledge (Campos) advantageous
- Very good oral and written German skills
