IT Business Analyst & AI Engineer (80–100%)

Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) is the official Swiss organization for export promotion and location marketing. As a private consulting and platform organization commissioned by the federal government and cantons with around 200 employees and more than 3,000 partners worldwide, S-GE supports its customers annually in over 130 countries in their international business. In around 45 countries, S-GE is represented with its own teams, the Swiss Business Hubs (SBH), which are integrated into the diplomatic representations of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). 

We are looking immediately or by arrangement at our location in Zurich a/n IT Business Analyst & AI Engineer (80–100%) 

• Interface between business and IT with responsibility for the analysis, optimization and documentation of business processes as well as the collection, prioritization and implementation of requirements in close cooperation with the specialist departments 
• Management of agile and hybrid projects including scope-, budget-, resource- and stakeholder management as well as support in decision-making bases, reports and presentations 
• Translation of business requirements into technical concepts as well as design, development and integration of scalable AI and machine-learning solutions including building and further development of MLOps-pipelines 
• Ensuring data quality and governance, including compliance with data protection, compliance and ethics guidelines as well as design and implementation of training, workshops and adoption measures 
• Responsibility for architecture and systems, especially for the data warehouse architecture as well as the technical responsibility for R&D-ERP system and interfaces in cooperation with business intelligence, internal IT stakeholders and external partners 
• Active shaping and driving of the digital transformation of S-GE, especially through the identification, evaluation and implementation of digital, data- and AI-based solution approaches 

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by further training or certifications in the field of AI/machine learning 
• More than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role at the interface between business and IT as well as at least 2 years of project management experience; leadership experience in a matrix organization is an advantage 
• Experience with cloud platforms and system integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
• Analytical-conceptual strength, structured working method as well as pronounced team and communication skills 
• Experience in change management and in accompanying transformation processes 
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2, ideally C1)
