About the job
The Gässliacker Foundation is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas, and the beautiful location complement our services. We are looking for a Head of Senior Day Care (m/f/d) starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Workload: 70-80%
Your tasks:
• Professional and personnel management (2 employees) of senior day care
• You enjoy further developing your team and the specialist area
• Direct contact with day guests and their relatives is important to you, and you enjoy working in care
• You coordinate the daily activities and carry out individual and needs-based activation of the day guests
• Admission clarifications for inquiries/registrations of day guests
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance according to RAI
Your profile:
• Completed training as a certified nurse/health specialist EFZ or equivalent training/recognition
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care, leadership experience is an advantage
• Appreciative interaction with elderly people
• Motivating and resource-oriented leadership style
• Strong quality awareness and creativity
• High organizational and communication skills
• High social competence, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Very good PC user skills (MS Office), LOBOS and PEP are an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
