- Responsible for optimal inventory management and handling of spare parts, consumables, and operating materials
- Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in production equipment
- Maintenance, repair, and service work on equipment
- Organization of repair orders for machines and molds
- Planning and manufacturing of new parts (e.g., molds) for production
- Planning and execution of overhauls
- Monitoring the maintenance of technical equipment and real estate
- Administrative tasks
- Completed training as a mechanic (ideally agricultural or construction machinery)
- Several years of professional experience
- Welding skills are an advantage
- Innovative, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, sociable, resilient, and a team player
