On behalf of our client - an established fiduciary company - we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual in the field of real estate.

Type of Work

• Responsible for a mixed portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Processing of terminations
• Advertising of properties
• Conducting viewings
• Acceptance and handover of properties
• Checking references
• Drafting rental agreements and rental contract amendments
• Planning and conducting condominium owners' meetings
• Issuing repair orders
• Inspecting properties for their structural condition and accompanying renovations and conversions

Requirements Profile

• We are addressing you as a team player who holds a professional certificate in property management
• Your working method is professional and responsible
• You bring technical understanding
• You are experienced in communication with owners, tenants and authorities and convince through fluent oral expression as well as a confident written style
• Knowledge in the area of condominium ownership is an advantage but not a requirement
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
