To complement our Broker & Partner service in French-speaking Switzerland, active in processing and following up on requests from our partners, we are looking for a customer support person for our teams in Lausanne.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Establishing and entering insurance offers for our Private and Motor Vehicle Fleet clients
• Supporting broker advisors in following up on our partners' cases
• Monitoring renewal and remediation campaigns of the service
• Managing various operational activities and administrative tasks related to an assigned portfolio

What makes you unique:

• You have professional experience in a similar position and/or have completed insurance training (federal certificate or intermediate AFA)
• You are proactive and work with rigor
• Organization and time management hold no secrets for you
• Very social, you are naturally comfortable with client and/or partner contacts
• Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an asset
